Overview & Mission
The European Journal of Marketing and Economics (EJME) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing theoretical, empirical, and applied research at the intersection of marketing and economics.
Published quarterly by Revistia Research and Publishing, EJME serves as a multidisciplinary platform for academic scholars, economists, business researchers, and policymakers. The journal publishes high-quality research papers, conceptual frameworks, comprehensive literature reviews, analytical models, technical notes, and case studies examining market dynamics, consumer behavior, managerial strategy, and organizational economic performance.

Peer Review & Ethical Framework
EJME operates strictly under international publishing ethics aligned with the core practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE):

Two-Tier Screening: Every manuscript undergoes preliminary desk screening and similarity checks via iThenticate to verify scope, methodological quality, and originality before peer review.

Double-Blind Peer Review: Manuscripts passing initial screening are assigned to at least two independent external reviewers. Author identities and reviewer details are masked throughout the process.

Transparent Workflow & Timestamps: All published articles display complete workflow history timestamps (Received Date, Revised Date, Accepted Date, and Published Date).

Transparent Version Control: Post-publication corrections or upgrades follow strict COPE guidelines by issuing an Updated Version of Record (Version 2) accompanied by a formal Publisher's Corrigendum banner.
Open Access, Copyright & Article Processing Charges

Gold Open Access: EJME provides immediate open access to published content, enabling universal knowledge dissemination without paywalls.

Licensing: Content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, allowing sharing and adaptation for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.

Copyright Retention: Authors retain full, unrestricted copyright and publishing rights to their work.

Article Processing Charge (APC): GBP 950. The APC covers peer review administration, professional copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and permanent digital archiving. The APC is invoiced only after formal acceptance following peer review. There are no submission or initial evaluation fees.
