Abstract

Abstract The rules for the judgement of claims for small amounts aim to increase access to justice and influence their faster adjudication. This paper analyzes the conditions that must be fulfilled by a civil legal dispute to be examined according to the procedure for the trial of lawsuits for small amounts. In this paper we will deal with the first part, civil legal disputes are the subject of the review procedure of these lawsuits. The second part focuses, on how the judicial procedure followed by the judge is applied in these disputes that are included in the scope of examining lawsuits for small amounts. The third part deals with the appeal procedure against the decision of the court that has resolved with a final decision the civil legal disputes that include lawsuits for small amounts. Conclusion The scope of the procedure for the examination of lawsuits for small amounts, which are only those lawsuits arising from contractual relations. Comparing the provision with Article 2 of the Regulation of the Parliament and the European Council with Albanian representation, I estimate that the procedure for reviewing lawsuits for small amounts should have a wider field of application, including civil and commercial matters.
