Challenges of Local Governance in Countries with Status Candidate

Abstract
Talking about the practice of countries that are in the process of decentralization and candidate status in the European Union is a very complicated situation and a separate practice.
Special in terms of the type that is treated as a topic, due to the fact that decentralization is a very important segment in the operation process of local government units.
In this regard, part of the real operation would most likely be a better system and towards more real achievements, the improvement of a better quality operation and more efficient and real decentralization.
The paper will focus on the current practice of the case of the Republic of North Macedonia and will touch on the key challenges that are part of a real process of decentralization and multi-ethnicity within the practice of a country in the process of development such as this case and practice of the part of the Republic of North Macedonia.
